Lee Spencer Wood Commercial and Operations Director of Luke Jacob's Limited, 35 year old Lee is one of the North East's most respected property developers and along with Jim Alder has been instrumental in some of the Norths most prestigious developments.
Born and educated in Dunston, Gateshead. Lee has been responsible for some of Tynesides most prestigious and sought after residential developments and along with Jim Alder developed the Livingwell in Carlisle one of Hilton Hotels flagship schemes.
Lee's hobbies include sports, snooker and just recently learning the guitar, although he does add he is a cross between a cat and violin when playing.
